Objectives The Discharger owns and operates a wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal system, and provides sewerage service to domestic, and industrial users of the City of Woodland. Treated municipal wastewater is discharge to Tule Canal, a water of the United States, and a tributary to the Yolo Bypass.
