| Objectives | The Discharger owns and operates a processing plant, wastewater treatment system, and disposal conveyance lines. The Discharger also leases approximately 4 acres west of their property. The site is bound on the north by the Sacramento River, on the south by a railroad spur and undeveloped property, on the east by Red Bank Creek, and on the west by industrial land where a natural gas-fired power plant and an abandoned sawmill are located. The facility is located on the south bank of the Sacramento River approximately .5 mile upstream of the Red Bluff Diversion Dam. |
