Objectives | The Discharger owns and operates a wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal system, and provides sewerage service to the community of Lake California. The treatment plant is in Section 28, Township 29 North, Range 3 West of the Mt. Diablo Base Line and Meridian, as shown on Attachment A, which is a part of this Order. Treated municipal wastewater is discharged to the Sacramento River, waters of the United States at Discharge Point 001 and is reclaimed and used for landscape irrigation on the grounds of the WWTP. |
