Objectives Based on monthly reports from January 1999 through December 2003, an average of 11.1 mgd and a maximum of 12.1 mgd of water is diverted from Millseat Creek and flows through the facilitys 6 plastic lined ponds and 12 concrete raceways. Wastewater from the facilitys ponds and raceways flow through a series of settling ponds before being discharged back to Millseat Creek, which is tributary to the North Fork of Battle Creek, via Discharge 001. The Discharger in the Report of Waste Discharge estimates 19.0 mgd as the maximum flow that could be discharged from the facility.
