Objectives The previous Discharger (Klondike California Mining Corporation) operated a placer gold underground mining operation. When active, the Facility consisted of three tunnels. Effluent from Klondike and Dutch Tunnels were commingled and discharged to the unnamed tributary of Goodyears Creek. The Telegraph Tunnel discharged directly into Goodyears Creek approximately 2,500 feet upstream from the unnamed tributary.
