Objectives The primary objectives of the Monitoring Program include, but are not limited to: assessing compliance with this Order; measuring and improving the effectiveness of the SWMPs; assessing the chemical, physical, and biological impacts on receiving waters resulting from urban runoff; characterizing of urban runoff; identifying sources of pollutants; and assessing the overall health and evaluating long-term trends in receiving water quality.
