| Objectives | The Discharger owns and operates a drinking water treatment plant. The
water treatment system consists of primary filtration, secondary filtration, polymer addition, coagulation, flocculation, and chlorination. The Facility discharges settled filter backwash water from Discharge Point 001 to an unnamed tributary, a water of the United States and a tributary to Sacramento River via Churn Creek. |
