| Objectives | Conduct monitoring to demonstrate compliance with the effluent limitations, receiving water limitations, discharge specifications, and other requirements stipulated in the permit and to assess the impacts of the discharge on the receiving stream.
Wastewater is discharged from Discharge Point No. 001 (see table on cover page) to Marsh Creek, a water of the United States, within the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. |
