| Objectives | Conduct monitoring to demonstrate compliance with the effluent limitations, receiving water limitations, discharge specifications, and other requirements stipulated in the permit and to assess the impacts of the discharge on the receiving stream.
The service area covered by the Regional Plant collection system is generally defined as the Sacramento Metropolitan area, including the cities of Sacramento, Citrus Heights, and Folsom, and the urbanized areas of the County of Sacramento.
