Objectives | Conduct monitoring to demonstrate compliance with the effluent limitations, receiving water limitations, discharge specifications, and other requirements stipulated in the permit and to assess the impacts of the discharge on the receiving stream.
The discharge is presently governed by Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2008-0055, adopted by the Board on 25 April 2008. Treated municipal wastewater is discharged to Old Alamo Creek (Discharge Point 001, latitude 38.346667, longitude 121.901667), a tributary to New Alamo Creek, tributary to Ulatis Creek, and tributary to Cache Slough, all waters of the United States within the Vaca Mountains Watershed. |
