Objectives The City of Lincoln discharges to a maximum of 8.4 mgd of treated wastewater from the City of Lincoln Wastewater Treatment and Reclamation Facility. Wastewater is discharged from Discharge Point 001 (see table on cover page) to Auburn Ravine Creek, a water of the United States, and tributary to East Side Canal, Cross Canal, and the Sacramento River, within the Pleasant Grove Hydrologic Sub Area, the Coon-American Hydrologic Area, and the Valley-American Hydrologic Unit of the Sacramento Hydrologic Basin.
