Objectives | Conduct monitoring to demonstrate compliance with the effluent limitations, receiving water limitations, discharge specifications, and other requirements stipulated in the permit and to assess the impacts of the discharge on the receiving stream.
Excess flow of treated municipal wastewater is discharged to the San Joaquin River, a water of the United States, and part of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. |
