Objectives | Conduct monitoring to demonstrate compliance with the receiving water limitations, discharge specifications, and other requirements stipulated in the permit and to assess the impacts of the discharge on the receiving stream.
The Discharger discharges up to 18.6 million gallons per day of water from excavation pits to the San Joaquin River, a water of the United States, at a point approximately 0.5 miles south of the crossing of Interstate 5 over the San Joaquin River at Mossdale. |
