Objectives The Discharger owns and operates a mine reclamation site. The treatment system consists of diluting and discharging groundwater from three overburden disposal sites (ODS) and excess water in Sky Rocket Pit Lake. Wastewater is discharged from Discharge Point No. 001 to Littlejohns Creek, a water of the United States, and a tributary to the San Joaquin River within the boundaries of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, within the San Joaquin River Basin.
