Objectives | The Discharger owns and operates a wastewater collection, treatment, reclamation and disposal system, and provide sewerage service to the Cameron Park and Mother Lode Service Area. The treatment plant is in Section 16, T9N, R9E, MDB&M. Treated municipal wastewater is discharged to Deer Creek, a water of the United States and a tributary to the Cosumnes River. Treated wastewater discharged for reclamation is regulated under separate waste discharge requirements and must meet the requirements of CA code of regulation Title 22, |
