Objectives The CalMat Co. operates the sand and gravel (aggregate) excavation and processing Facility. Process wastewater is discharged to a settling poind and then to a supply pond for reuse in processing. Impounded wastewater discharges through a porous uspply pond levee at Discharge Point 001 to the Kings River, a water of the United States within the South Valley Floor Hydrologic Unit. Attachment B provides topographic and site detail maps of the area and Facility.
