Objectives | The City of Lincoln owns and operates a wastewater collection, treatment and disposal system and provides sewerage service to the City of Lincoln. The Report of Waste Discharge characterizes the initial actual flow rate from
the WWTF as 2.4 million gallons per day (mgd), an initial average design dry weather flow rate of 3.3 mgd and an ultimate average dry weather flow rate of 12.5 mgd.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Sites on map reflect area of the Lincoln WWTP. Receiving water locations may vary and may include Ingram Slough, Orchard Creek, Auburn Ravine, Markham Ravine, East
Side Canal, and Natomas Cross Canal, which are tributary to the Sacramento River from the Colusa
Basin Drain to the āIā Street Bridge. See Monitoring Plan and Monitoring reports for more information |
