| Objectives | The Discharger owns and operates a wastewater collection, treatment, and disposal Facility. Treatment consists of a headworks, facultative ponds, mechanical aeration (first two ponds only), and a chlorination/dechlorination system. Between November 1 and May 15, wastewater may be discharged to the Middle Fork of the Feather River, a water of the United States within the Sacramento River Watershed, but only when the Middle Fork of the Feather River flow is 40 cubic feet per second (cfs) or more. Additionally, discharge to the Middle Fork of the Feather River is prohibited from May 16 to October 31. |
