Objectives | The Discharger provides sewerage service for the City of Roseville, portions of southeast Placer County, and south Placer Municipal Utility District. Currently. all wastewater from the entire service area is treated at the Dry Creek Plant. To accomodate growth, the Discharger has propsed to construct a new Pleasant Grove WWTP. When construction is completed, wastewater from the northwestern portion of the service area will flow to the new Pleasant Grove Plant for treatment. Wastewater from the remainder of the service area will continue to be treated at the Dry Creek Plant. The Pleasant Grove Plant, is approximately 7.5 miles northwest of the Dry Creek Plant, and will be operated under a separate NPDES permit (No. CA0084573) |
